You probably have USDM version. The original JDM version is noticably louder.

How is it proving your point? My exhaust is holding up perfectly fine. BTW still waiting for your rebuttal on the many points I brought up you failed to address. But please insert another pointless and unfounded bash about me and my riceboy 350z with an x02 exhaust, because I know you will never actually debate the facts like a civilized, educated person.

As for the tips, yes they are different than the HKS. Do I care? No. Like I said if you get your wood from true titanium burnt tips then by all means dish out the cash and get the HKS. Personally I hate titanium tips, I'm trying to have some more traditional stainless tips custom made so I can be done with them all together. I unlike some others on this thread am not an elitist and refuse to talk trash to you because you chose to spend the $$ on HKS. For me it was bang/buck and a deep tone and I felt that the x02 fit the bill. The xo2 has a solid reputation (other than being a knock off, which some despise), the fact the only thing members complain about with it is the tips just reiterates that point.

Sure ya do... Keep telling yourself that, and maybe someday you'll actually start to believe it, rice boy. Lol! :-)

Still waiting for those responses. But thanks for the completely pointless comeback about how I really yearn for those titanium tips. Man I wish I wasn't such a broke dick and could afford the HKS exhaust, but my mom forgot to give me my allowance that week so I couldn't.

But seriously thank you for making my job easy showing everyone what a tool you are.

No the tips do not look like the HKS. This matter has been discussed. The xo2 has cheap brownish tips while the HKS has more blue authentic looking titianium finished tips.

Lol, love how you cut out the rest of his response to make him sound like he hates it, mainly:

- For around 600-640 shipped, it is not a bad choice!
Some of those issues could have been from shipping. I've put exhausts on several cars, and more times than not I have had to bend hangers back to make the exhaust tuck right. Besides no one said the xo2 was perfect, just that it was a good alternative to the HKS, with a deeper sound. All of which the OP agreed with.

push. nice catch, that is the only reason why i posted the link again
i don't have many complains because that's what i expected before i bought it. i won't blame if i buy a slow civic if i can't afford a ferrari....haha
the purpose of the report is to provide fact and information. so you can make your best judgement. afterall, it's all about performance/quality per cost, right?

I didn't try to make him sound like he hated it. You did. I was just quoting what he said about the **** poor quality of the x02. That's it. I even offered some suggestions to help him fix the fugged up alignment from the **** poor x02 quality.

You got that right. That cheap knock off is far from perfect. But you do get what you pay for. Lol~ :-)

It's subjective here was his list of bads:

The installation is smooth. These are the issues I have:
1. The left canister is off to the right and bottom by about 1-1.5 inches (any suggestions on how to fix this?)
2. The left canister has one missing screw (I have to use a different looking screw now, will ask for a new one from invision_350z)
3. Both canister has scratches and rough surface
4. Most metal surface are not very smooth. If you look at it under light, you won't see a very uniform reflection
5. Both sides of the exhaust (the ones inside the tips as shown in DSC00109/DSC00111) are not perfect circles

#1: Could be from shipping, it DOES happen, even to expensive exhausts
#2: Missing screw, could have happened during packaging, someone just didn't add the screw, once again not a big deal.
#3: Scratches, could definitely be from shipping. But I guarantee after a few weeks of driving it you will get quite a few more scratches
#4: I think i see what you're talking about but not quite sure.
#5: Also could be due from shipping

Not saying all of this is in fact due from shipping, but lets face it it happens. I still don't understand why you have such a problem with people buying xo2 exhausts, the vast majority of those who own/owned them like them, why can you not just leave it at that?
