Excuse the newb-ness....but I was looking at the HKS hi-power exhaust and was wondering what these were?

 

Those additional canisters are there to add more kool to your ride. It give it dat mad tyte JDM look yo

The exhaust is overrated and overpriced...but I won't say more because there are people on this forum that are sensitive to the truth.

 

AKA this guy has no idea what hes talking about.

I believe those are to absorb some of the high pitch noise you get with exhausts. So it doesnt sound to ricish.. Please correct me if im wrong.

 

I was wondering the same thing, just didnt want to ask because I was afraid of the "Search Button Police" getting on my case

 

Anticyclone velocity canisters.

 

A mild version of resonators. Helps cut down on the rasp, and if i might say does add to the appearance of the exhaust. I love how the HKS looks when mounted.
