Is it possible to hook up the jwt popchargers onto the dual intake system on the 07 Zs? W/O jerry rigging the hell out of it.

There are now aftermarket dual intakes for the '07, but JWT has yet to come out with theirs. Most people are going with the Fujita, although Stillen and Nismo have intakes out. Also AEM I believe.
