I guess i have to just save up some money and get the UTEC to make all this Shat i bought make a difference

just doesnt make sense. a stock Z vs a Z with every N/A mod.
it would just take an average manual driver to beat u.

you obviously havent really raced at a drag or on a track. A highly NA modded Z ( all bolts on i mean) is not really ALOT more power compared with a stock Z. Nothing a experienced driver cannot overcome. Alot of people think they are good because they race someone who race 3-5 times a year.

Also I have JWT popcharger, test pipes, y-pipe, Tanabe Hyper madallian exhaust (2.75 inch), and 5/16 spacer. He has off brand Intake, test pipes, y-pipe, and cheap ebay exhaust that is (3 inch).

Cars are like fingerprints and as such, they respond differently to mods - does not matter which 2 cars you are talking about
A proper plenum spacer absolutely, without question helps these cars in a very noticeable manner - but it's not a cure all
The parts one puts on their car are only as good as the engine management running them. The greatest hardware in the world is nothing more than paperweights without the proper software behind it. Without question both of your 03's would benefit from a tune, and it would help make the most of the parts you've installed

I think you need a tune or a flash. And someone said it, switch cars then see the outcome.

That makes a lot of sense.
The price of a mod doesnt say how it will perform exactly but the quality might be different. They are both designed to do the same thing, one just might out perform the other.

The design has really come a long way since then with multiple design tweaks and evolutionary improvements. But they're all good.

You're not gonna get a huge jump cause of a bolt-on. While it may be the most effective bolt-on and have a noticable power increase, you're not going to all the sudden blow everyone away...
