Default Exhaust rasp/rattle..Resonator

I have Stock cat-back and Strup headers. I recently added Berk metallic HFCs. Now I have a rattle/rasp sound from 2.3k-3k rpm Can I add a resonator or something like that to the stock catback to tone this down? If so what size would I need (2.25"?) and who sells them?

I did check for clearance problems but this is not an issue. Not sure what rasp sounds like but this sounds like a rock bouncing around a tin can.

Thanks

the stock exhaust already has a resonator, you would not be able to add one without making it a total hack job.

I'd say either get used to the sound, or go with a very quiet exhaust such as the tanabe medalion touring

You can spend money trying to alter the sound of the exhaust or you can get a cat-back exhaust. That will change the sound, but not certain if it will cure the noise that you do not like.

this is the same problem that I am having on my XO2 setup. I traced the noise to the flex pipes. The replacements are sitting on the dining room table, ready to be welded in.
