Well sounds like he needs to go back to school. Of cousre we'll never know since hes typing too fast for us to comprehend.
I thought OP's question was "which test pipes are the best with no CEL???"

And it was clearly put no test pipes guarantee no CEL.

I'm pretty lost why he's so pissed off.

So what test pipes did you end up going with?

If you want the best I recommend Fast Intentions

Well that sound is normal. Again search is the key! Thats what you call rasp. Sounds like a rattle sounds like a bee hive.

i understand what your saying. .but when the car's off and on the lift and i bang the left Pipe i get the same noise. .which is telling me the resonated section internally might be bad. .cause you don't get rasp with the car off. .correct?

well with most of the cheaper resonated pipes they do. Thats just the quality of material. Thats why I suggested Fast Intentions

or just get non resonated pipes. Theyre all the same without the resonator.

yeah thats what i was thinking. .the resonator just cuts back on some of the noise. . so i think it's cheaper to get the non resonated might be a few bucks but w/e!

i had non resonated on my old borla. Though it didn't have much rasp, sounded like crap.

Btw, fast intentions test pipes cost about the same as the set up you bought from that guy. I love mine though.

yeah thats my worry. .that it will sound like crap . .cause right now i like the way it sounds with the Res's on. .but since im kinda slow at work i threw the z on my alignment rack and checked the left side Tp again. .sure enough damn thing internally makes noise when you lightly fist hammer it. .it's prob not a big deal. .but im kinda **** about it. .so super. .what are you saying u have the fast intense ones?. . .

If sound matters get a custom x pipe welded into your exhaust and take out the H-pipe. I think borla is H pipe.
