Default Is G35's borla catback Z compatible?

Title pretty much says it all. I'd like to know if the borla catback on a 05 G35 will fit on an 07 Z. Thanks.

I'm guessing no as exhausts from 350Z to G35 needs some "extension". You may want to check if part numbers are different from the official site, then you'll know.

It needs extention only when the G wants the Z's exhaust... Not the other way around... I think you read my question wrong...

Ahh, I'm sorry, I got it backwards.

I have a Borla cat-back exhaust on my truck. The extended cab model and the standard car model were the same exhaust, but Borla required you to hack saw off one of the pipes to the correct length based on which truck you had. Do you think you could hack about 8 inches off one of the pipes and still slide it into the clamps?

I highly doubt each piece to the exhaust is a different size. I suspect probably the resonator section to be longer on the g35. You would just have to match it up underneath the car and figure out which pipes you need to cut down. Probably wouldn't be too difficult after getting it up next to the car and layed out in front of you.

ahhh its just pipes!! its too ez when you got to much! hack it and weld it if your that worried. the hangers are the same. just chop 6" before the resonator and blamo your good to go.

Hmm... I'm assumming it's going to be costly for the muffler shop to saw it off.
