Anyone know? My friend bought it on ebay but it doesn't say what brand it is.

are those scrapes on the resonator and muffler tip or just dirty? That one tip looks pretty roughed up-maybe its the photo. That does look to be the Amuse R1 Titan exhaust.

Yeah, looks like he got a sweet deal if it really is an Amuse! Here's the ebay link:

Wow that's a really good price. I paid $2600 new and It took 3 months to make.

But can most shops repair\refinish titanium? Is it that easy to do?

whats the pipe dia.? and also im not 100% pos. but if you look at the pict it looks as if the tip is all bent to hell and not lined up properly. Did it ever cross your buddys mind that maybe he got it for such a good deal because the car was involved in a accident from the rear and the pipes was bent?

I'm sure you've spent thousands of dollars on various parts for your z, why should the exhaust not be worthy of such expenditure?

...because no exhaust system for the Z is worth thousands of dollars. The $ per horsepower ratio is too high.

and what about your seibon cf pieces and your work wheels, I'm sure those cost thousands of dollars; how much hp did u gain with those?

The amuse weighs a lot less than ss exhausts and is another plus besides power gains. To say its stupid to buy one is ignorant.

There is a wheel and hood that gain horsepower? Apples and oranges.

That's my point stupid. You spent thousands of dollars on show pieces that don't make power, then you say its stupid to buy a Titan exhaust for 2.5k bc the $/hp is not high enough. You say tomatoe, I say tomato.
