Default Amuse exhaust is messed up

I spun out in the rain yesterday, jumped on the sidewalk, and hit some sandbags there. Fortunately, nobody was hurt and the damage was only limited to my car. Now my right rear exhaust tip isn't circular anymore, and worse, it's pushed in about a couple of centimeters.

Updated with pictures. Notice that on the third and forth pictures the trailing edge of the exhaust is not parallel to the rear bumper.

Thanks. The guy above needed help getting his wheels on because of the pin on the brake assembly.

Maybe he shouldn't be retarded?

Anyway, I'll take them around lunch time.

Good job; I help you (among others) in the other thread and you post irrelevant BS. Thank you. It's also nice to know you have nothing to contribute here.

I have a tool we use when welding very thin stainless material that pushes out and rotates to keep it in a close to perfect circle. Due to the heat on such a small piece of pipe it very easily bends and wont seal. Its kinda a homeade thing but ill see if i can look up something similar. I doubt its gonna get that back into near perfect condition though. I think youd be better off contacting amuse to see if they offer replacement tips and get a good welder to weld it on.

When you break parts or can't get something installed because of somebody's incompetence, nothing can't be that funny. I don't need any BS answers because I thought this morning the muffler was just off its hanger and I find out it's damaged. If it was my stock muffler I could care less.

Whatever, I might have to replace the muffler; if that is the case it might give me a chance to try a different Ti muffler

OK if you want you're exhaust to look better, than a muffler should be able to fixe it and reshape it again. BUt I have no clue how they would make it pretty again. I'm really sorry to hear about your exhaust.

yea, any exhaust shop should be able to fix your exhaust, my worries are about where you hit a curb, I did it with my wrx once in the snow, and I just needed a control arm and new rim lol...

I think we are jumping to conclusions without photos.
I assume it will never look perfect. I can make a cash offer
with photos to lgear080@hotmail.com - tips will likely need to
be replaced. Hks sells tips, but I've yet to see similar from
amuse. Hks tips were $400+/-. Genuinely interested.
Please email me, and buy yourself a new one.

400 for the tips. Do they sell the rest for 700-800?

It's pretty depressing, even though I was totally complacent to having it. It was my fault though. I didn't hit anybody and there is minor damage to the car or to my insurance, so I look at things like that. If it can't be fixed, and I decide to sell it, this might be a good time to find a new Ti exhaust.

Lisa Simpson: Look on the bright side, Dad. Did you know that the Chinese use the same word for ‘crisis’ as they do for ‘opportunity?’

Homer: Yes! Crisi-tunity!

^ Haha. Sucks to hear about your exhaust, but you seem to be taking it in stride, despite the typical retarded remarks that come up in every thread like this. I know I wouldn't be able to handle damaging an exhaust like that nearly as well as you seem to have been able to. Good luck!
