Default Have Amuse now... couple questions

With the Amuse, I'm wondering how much louder the exhaust will get with only adding an aftermarket Y-pipe.

I'm also looking for the best y-pipe matchups for the somewhere around 3" diameter Amuse mid-pipe.

Thanks in advance!

I make money when I post in the wrong forum

Actually.. all I ever use is the search. One of the few times I tried starting my own thread and I get it wrong... go figure. Thanks for the great feedback so far and thanks for moving my post to the correct thread!

JIC Y-pipe matches exactly, 3" outlet from Y-pipe to 3" inlet of the Amuse. The Tanabe Y-pipe is 2.75" outlet, but is a nice unit nonetheless.

Actually the JIC y pipe is 80 mm outlet (3.15 inches, not 3 inches). Tanabe is is 70 mm outlet (2.75 inches), so neither are "perfect" matches, but both quality units.

Thank you kindly fellas. I went ahead with the Tanabe for now. We'll see how that turns out.

I didn't notice any changes in the note. I went w/ Nismo Y-pipe. Ideally you'll want something w/ a 76.3 mm outlet
