rofl ya i seemed to realize that after my original post..... i guess i should have specified which part of the fender i was talking about.
so my question still remains semi unanswered... does leaving the fender liner off benefit the air flow? or is it just going to get my filter dirtier?

Leave it on like its supposed to be. An intake does basically nothing to being with so it doesn't matter.
