Default Turbo Xs Exhuast

https://my350z.com/forum/questionable-posts/335935-turbo-xs-exhuast-blow-out.html

Just need some advise, been doing some searching and have come up with all sorts of answers,

I want to put one off these Exhaust systems onto my Stock 05 ZR,

Do I just take the OEM off and put this one on,

But my questions is, Do I need to worry about Engine ligts coming on ?????????

Thanks!!

I have this exhaust and i like it very much. The only thing i didnt like was the y pipe was a b**** to put on to the cats. I also i didnt like the bolt up design they had to connect the y- pipe and midpipe. Other than that this is a great exhaust for sound and performance. Plus you cant beat the price for 499 shipped from MRC. Overall get it man youll love it

Thanks!

Oh, ok, so this is not a DeCat System,

But the performance gains are still good.....

As my Stock Z just feels so restricted like it's been held back....

Honestly, I had no expectations when I purchased this exhaust. But figured if I was not happy that I could just turn around and sell it on ebay and get back what I paid for it. Once on, the sounds is amazing(No clip on here to do it justice) and the performance was a NOTICABLE difference on my ZR

I would have paid more for it........ retail was $1200+ and at $499, I kinda feel like I stole it

Do a little research about catalytic converters and oxygen sensors, and how they are designed to work.

An informed member is a good thing.

I put my Turbo XS on last week. They are more raspy than I care for, but there is most definately a significant increase in performance with them. I am not sure if they sound better with baffles in or out? I will try and wait a couple weeks to get them broke in before I decide on running them with or without baffles. For the price, I'd recommend them, as the quality looks to be excellent on them, as was the fitment.
