I have had mine for almost a year and a half and have had w/ my twin turbo setup for about half a year. No problems and i guess you could say it flows well w/ me making 405whp on Sharif's dyno at only 7.5psi. Even the all mighty Sharif complemented my car on how it sounded. Best exhaust for the money IMO

Seems like X02 are hit or miss glad to see you're one of the lucky ones. I can see this quickly escalating into a thread like the X02 quick fix...

I love the sound of my X02.. FWIW, I could buy any exhaust/sold the Nismo for this exhaust.. I choose to stay with the X02 because i love the hks look, just not the hks sound.. Its my opinion, and my car so i really dont care about the posts people make.. Ill post a sound bite as soon as i can.. Nice pics OP!!

 

Don't get me wrong I wasn't hating on the X02 and I'm sure, as all exhausts on a Z, it sounds like secks... I'm glad for those who are happy with it and glad for those who went with HKS it's all about preference. I'm not one to shot down if someone does something to their Z unless it's just horrendous and was seriously trying to downplay the PS comment. In for the sound clip

yeah it may be a little steep, but its sure as hell not 2 grand. You can get the hks new shipped for under $1300. Personally, I would rather spend a few extra hundred to get something that is legit, wont rust and will fit perfect. To each his own, if you wanna spend the money elsewhere thats cool, just dont complain when the tips look like **** and it doesnt fit worth a damn. I dont want to get into this whole hks vs x02 crap, it has been beat to death...

Nice pics OP. I haven't polished my XO2 ever since I got it so I decided to try it today. What do you know, looks shiny with no rust at all. I do also live in TX tho haha. I love the HKS though and was planning on purchasing one, but I'm a poor college kid and it's hard enough to try to put parts on the Z as is with limited funds.

check the vendor section. I bought mine used for a great deal but when I was in the market for one a couple of this site's vendors pm'd me a price under 1300 shipped...
