Ok so I was about to make a post,saying how I couldnt find a damn clip of an exhaust that sounded worth a crap, 99% of exhaust for the Z sound like ricer ****, I swear!

Randomly came across this clip of a G35, guessing the setup would sound the same on a Z.

Take a look, the begining is kinda doubtfull, but then its pretty mean

Hmm...i'm not too sure about that. You hear more engine noise than anything it seems (instead of the exhaust note). You have to see how it sounds under load too, since it can be drastically different than just the free revving sound.

 

Honestly that exhaust sounds just like my Nismo cat back, with maybe more (G35) engine noise..

 

I've got Nismo exhaust with CAI and headers if you want to hear it in person sometime. I love the way it sounds!

I've learned that sounds clips and videos don't always provide a great representation of the true sound.

 

the engine sound is making more noise than you think.

if you want a mean sound, buy the bassani
