As far as Intense is concerned, I ordered a Tanabe y-pipe from them and they contacted me twice (order status and shipping info) and I received my order 1 week after purchase.

But I agree, let's keep this thread on topic.

xpock182, any updates?
+1 Intense has always been great to me and my past orders. Intense > RA

finally we have tested our COSWORTH intake manifold.

the tested setup:
Cosworth intake manifold
Kinetix catalyst
K&N performance air filter
ECU by CTD-Germany (Vmax-limiter removed, rev-limiter up to 7050U/min, air/fuel modification etc.)

also installed:
Cosworth Fuel-Rail-System
Greddy SP2 rear muffler

here are the results from the dynojet: +7,47kW (10,16PS) and +9,41Nm here are the results from the hoffmann dyno: PMot 213,7kW (227,3kW adjusted) and 361Nm.

210Kw = 281hp. Awesome. Is that a revup or the mrev?

Very nice installation pictures. Thanks for posting them. I like the Cosworth injector rails. That's the first time I have seen them.

Sorry, but I don't understand your units of measure for horsepower and torque. It looks from your dyno images like you got a nice gain throughout the RPM range, though. Looks good!

here is a HP - PS converter ... maybe helpful to understand the dyno sheets. http://www.mr2ownersclub.com/converter.htm

it is the 03-05DE engine. "MaxLeistung" on the dyno is kW on the wheels. "MaxLeistung-Kupplung" is kW on the clutch.

tino

ps: we are official cosworth distributor (http://cosworth.com/distributors.php), so no problem to get the parts. it takes sometimes a bit longer if the parts are manufactured in the USA, like the intake manifold.

So, the Cosworth plenum improved your NA Z from 241.42 rwhp to 255.37 rear wheel horsepower. A 14 rwhp gain is pretty impressive. I would buy one for that. Good job!

Did you change the tune on the Z to take advantage of the new Cosworth plenum? Wondering if you just swapped in the new plenum, or if you also tuned it after the swap.

Thanks for posting the conversion charts so I could understand your figures.

+1, and while the $/hp gain N/A still makes spacers more attractive(With out the bling factor) it shows to some of the noobs and haters that the cosworth has not failed at all as far as performance goes. We all agree it shines best on FI application

cosworht still fails at keeping up with demand

Just to clarify, what were your baseline mods and what mods were added for you highest yielding numbers? Was that Greddy SP2 already on the car for the baseline runs?
If the only variable is in fact the Cosworth manifold, these results are quite remarkable! That is an impressive gain for a mild bolt-on non-revup.

I mentioned earlier that you where having issues "AGAIN" with their plenums. I want it strictly for the bling/polished factor. Im not going to boost more than 12psi, so Im not worried about it leaking

our base line setup up was:
K&N performance air filter

and the other dyno pull has this setup on our car:
Cosworth intake manifold
Kinetix catalyst
K&N performance air filter
ECU tuned by CTD-Germany (Vmax-limiter removed, rev-limiter up to 7050U/min, air/fuel modification etc.)
Cosworth Fuel-Rail-System
Greddy SP2 rear muffler

with all those changes it kind of kills the claim that cosworth made the power.
