Are the Nismo R-Tune headers C.A.R.B. exempt?

I'm pretty sure any R-Tune products are not for legal road use.

technically their not street legal, but as long as you still have your cats your car should stay c.a.r.b legal. Nismo headers aren't any different from any other equal length headers.

Just a note for future reference: regional posts are better answered in the appropriate regional forum. I don't know about New Jersey inspections.
