a. Get a dyno test to assess the air:fuel ratio.
b. Make the necessary adjustments.

You have test pipes and FI - it is always going to smell like fuel. Get a tune! No breathing mods will alter your A/F significantly to compensate for an overly rich fuel map.

 

+1 test pipes will make it smell like that, get a ems and a tune before you blow it up. utecs are only about $800
