Default VQ35DE with HR dual intake

Untill now I thought that was impossible to adapt the double throttle body system of the HR to the DE...

They are both 350Z GT4 at the 24 hours at Nurburgring 2008. They have 380hp.

I demand more pictures and how you did it and how you're controlling both throttle bodies.

Default Duql Throttle Body

SFR sells a dual throttle body & wiring harness set-up for the VQ3.5 DE. Other than Turbo Tim, I don't know anyone's experience with his set-up.

The HR dual throttle body plenum is likley more involved that just swaping out the plenum; however, I would be interested in hearing from others that have install this swap or SFR dual throttle body set-up in either NA or FI applications.

well, as it can be seen in this picture, that under lower collector runers are from a HR or a DE? they seems very similar to a DE one. If they use a similar piece it shouldn't be so difficult to adapt one to the other.

Well, as I see in this post https://my350z.com/forum/showpost.ph...&postcount=168 the HR has rounded runers as the DE has, so it's possible to use the full plenum assembly of the HR in the DE as a direct bolt-on?

I'd like to put this on my JWT TT 700bb setup. I don't need MAF - running off MAP, but I would need to control two throttle bodies somehow! And then I'd need another recirc/BOV. And that's it. Easy, right?

Well, I think that Crwaford allready make some trick to control 2 throttle bodies with the standard ECU.

What you can see as well is that only one MAF is used in one bank

It looks like too much of a hassle to convert from a single to a double. Then I'm guessing you would need a tune on top of that.
