The muffler is titanium, the tip is stainless with burnt titanium finish.

i had the JIC ST and it was hella nice... the turbo made the sound so much better. The Ti is ligther, also very nice but you wont go wrong with the ST anyways

I had the non-resonated semi Ti, JIC Y pipe, and Crawford cats and it droned too much for my tastes. I was still using the Z as a commuter at the time I had it though. It sounds great at WOT and cuts a lot of weight out of the rear of the car.

I would get full Ti! If you get full single your gonna want to roll your rear! The Ti just looks better under there! Just my .02

The titanium does give the exhaust a different sound over normal stainless systems, so there is that.

And any exhaust can be raspy on the Z. Mine was when I had test pipes, but not at all now that I put the cats back on.

Yeah I have the full ti st. It is pretty loud if you run test pipes but without it isnt that bad in my opinion. Others may disagree and think it is real loud, but compared to my old topspeed exhaust it is quieter.

It should bolt up to any standard sized y-pipe.

I dont think so. The TXS y-pipe is angled.
