Default Exhaust Weight

Is there a listing of exhaust weights somewhere?
I'm looking for a comparison between Nismo and XO2 or HKS.

Thanks!

If there is a difference in weight, it will be trivial. In other words, it won't make a difference.

If I had to take a guess, I would say the the Nismo weighs a little more than the HKS.

+1, if your that worried about weight get a full titanium setup. the hks is your best bet weight wise in that group OP.

IIRC, the Nismo exhaust is only about 10lbs lighter than stock

If you're not worried about the saving weight, I'd start by getting some test pipes or some HFCs as well, the OEM cats are really heavy too. Most of the single can exhausts are the lightest ones, without breaking the bank like the full titanium setups.

Yes the whole weight thing can be trivial but it went straight to my head when I found out my friend's Trans Am is only 100 lbs heavier than my Z. Our cars are fat lol

10+lbs pounds ain't nothing to scoff at. My Borla weighs 13lbs less than OEM. My HFCs shaved a total of 14lbs. That's 27lbs. That's a solid difference. I personally can tell a huge difference when I have a 100lb body in my car (my gf), versus just me alone.

power to weight...very important and often overlooked. i was concerned about weight so i made my own single pipe...saved me ~30lbs and id venture it would do the same in your application.

My JIC full ti single weighs approx 9lbs - lightest exhaust for the Z if you are really concerned about weight.
