Doesn anyone here know anything about this plenum spacer. Seems to be very popular at *********. I read a HUGE thread about it trying to see how the quality, and performace compared to the popular Motordyne. Upon reading the huge thread, it seemed like results varied from a definate performance gain, to nothing at all noticable. Ive noticed most people that install the motordyne definatly approve it on the butt dyno.

this is my next mod, tryin to figure out what the best option is.

good design, excellent support. too bad they still play the word censor thing here for only that website though (and let the other site names be mentioned on here) but oh well. as for design, i have not seen any difference between the spacer's basic design that would make any difference in performance. only difference is how thick you go so what it boils down to is what you want to pay for. if i did not get the motordyne one, i would have got that one instead and i am sure i would have been equally happy with the results.

 

It's pretty much 99.9% the same thing as the MD spacer, only cheaper.

 

I have it on my 06. No complaints. I've never dynoed my car so I can't really say it made a huge difference.

 

the people responsible over there for the design, manufacturing and selling of the spacer based their design around MD. Over and above its the same thing -minus the R&D that Tony did originally.

I'm sure they did R&D on their own spacer, just based the design off someone elses research, making it less expensive/time consuming to produce.

 

too bad they are scammers, sent money for one a couple months ago, havn't heard **** from them, can't get ahold of them, and I still don't have a F*CKING SPACER!!!

 

A spacer is a spacer. As long as it's made out of quality material, they all perform the same.
