but that is in comparison to the turbo XS exhaust. do you think I would notice a loss of power compared to stock at the lower rpms?

I can't really find another system I've been interested in sound wise yet, so this is most likely the one.
will from my experience with loss of low end power for me it was a big deal it`s true it doesn`t take long but for me i like to turn of the traction and hear my car burn some rubber in the first and second gear (and i`m Auto)
my exhaust gained noticeable 17 WHP over the stock but the low end is what i miss most.

I hear that issue is larger for true dual exhaust - if you dont have forced induction.

I thought about it for a while and listened to both as much as I could - ended up ordering the 16784 / higher cost one.

there's a lack of info on it, I will get some good pics and sound clips for folks that care.

it is not a true dual, it is a y pipe / mid pipe / dual exit setup. it doesn't have one giant muffler so it splits it more evenly. the benefit to this one is it's 3" piping and I don't believe the other system includes a new Y pipe.

performancepeddler.com had it for 718$ shipped, and I got it just a few days after ordering. not sure if he is still honoring that price as it was insanely low, even venders from this site wouldn't come within 150$ of it.

http://www.planetmagnaflow.com/pdf/16784.pdf

that pic will give you a better idea of how its set up.

overall I am very happy with the system, but if you've read my other posts, the resonance from the first 30 secs of starting it while it's cold sounds kind of bad, but after that it's all good : )

if I had to rate the system I'd give it a 8/10 overall

6/10 for performance, there are systems that provide larger gains

9/10 for sound, very deep muscular sound with no drone or rasp

7/10 for looks, looks great from the rear, has that signature dual muffler appearence and the tips are large, but had to dock it for the way it turns the muffler in to the tip

8/10 for fitment. hangers and everything are flawless with no adjustment needed, HOWEVER, my car had two plates (lol plates, more like pieces of rubber that just covered up some non-smooth surfaces) near the Y pipe which I believe were optional as part of an "aerodynamic" package, and the new Y pipe is a bit larger then the stock so those got in the way and had to be removed.

I intend on recording a video of it soon, probably by this weekend, so you can get a clearer idea of how it sounds. the youtube video and the bs videos on magnaflows site do not give you the right idea, and note that it will sound different on the HR then it does on the VQ.

its hard to tell, I installed a pop charger, plenum spacer and exhaust all in the same time frame. thats roughly 10-12 for the spacer, 8-10 for the exhaust and 1-5 for the popcharger

I didn't notice any loss of low end power like I thought I would, but when you are at 4k+ rpms you can really feel a difference, and damn when you shift right at the redline you can really feel the car pull now.
