Default R2C performance Intakes

Whats up everyone! Now I've heard nice things about the R2C performance intakes. If anyone ownes one could u give me ur own opinion on how it performs and if it's worth the money most websites r selling it for? Also if anyone knows any good websites where I can purchase the R2C performance intake from, it would help me out alot. I've been looking for a longtime and only found 2 sites to purhase them from.

Thanks

I spoke with a rep the other day at r2c and he stated that the majority of the "gains" were realized with the larger/wider intake pipe...the filter is a dry type, probably better than stock. Anything better than oiled IMHO

Wish they'd sell a simple drop in filter. But I guess that's not "performance looking" enough.

These are great little intakes. If you guys want then let the SDG's know. We have a contact with the company and are trying to hook people up:

I'm going to be running one of these filters for my custom intake for my vortech. Another guy will be running the filter from the Nismo CAI, and so forth. This is a brand new product so if you want to be part of testing it out let us know.

Have you consider the JWT popchargers? They been really popular here. I don't think I ever heard any negative review about them.

different studies/tests that were performed comparing different brands of filters...granted most if not all were performed by different filter manufacturers...but I do remember one test where a guy showed pics of some sort of filter paper/cloth that he placed after the filter...oiled gauze filters didn't stop a bunch of crap...granted the things getting by were tiny...still can't be good.

ok so there is no prices? And no gains proven? Only sales pitch u have on the G35 website is we dont half to oil it and $hit? Haha i have had my popcharger on 4 like 50K miles and never been oiled or anything! I like it so dont think im against it, its just u want people to sign up with no price shown or HP gains since its better then anyother intake. Im not looking 4 a extra 30hp I just want sumthing diff

but in reality, how much more HP could it gain over a stock setup? since NO intakes have been shown to give any impressive gains I wouldn't expect much.

I'd put better filtering capabilities > 3 HP.
