Default HKS exhaust shifter vibration

Hi. I just installed an HKS exhaust and everything went well. THe only thing i was wondering is that after I had the exhaust installed, my shifter seems to vibrate a bit more. Also on decel from about 3000rpm, I feel the shifter shake a bit. Could the exhaust be causing this? I've searched quite a bit and no about the basic issues with the HKS (ie diff bolt, etc) Just wondering if my situation was also the case. Thanks all.
