about 8-10hp matters on where you are and your other mods, at idle it sounds a little louder then stock. then when at wot you can hear it but it is not very loud nice and sudle exhaust.

Ya know, point blank, no sugar coating. This is a better question.
Are existing true dual's created using sound flow dynamics in regards to pipe sizing? Or are they created with the pipe diameters that the manufactuer "think" their custom's ,.........."think" they have to have with NO regards to exhaust gas volocity dynamics in a naturally asperated enviroment.

What's my point? What's half of 3.5 liter's, 1.75 liters. 2.5" piping is to large for good exhaust gas volocity when serving what is effectively just 1.75 liter's of displacement. 2.25" is much better for flow dynamics on that kind of displacement for true duals. I'd rather have a good single pipe system with 2.5" piping vs a true dual running 2.5" pipe diameters. Forced induction is a different ball game, but even then I see post's talking about 3".

Don't know about the single, but I do know that Borla's true dual uses 2.25" pipe.
