is there alot to do if a person is wanting to throw on a turbo, and also how much is it going to cost to to lower it? aprox...

alright well i meant to ask, is how much apor. would it cost to lower something like this?
also i'm thinking about putting on a s/c or turbo and advise.........
another thing is i know there are bolt on s/c is there a such thing for turbos?

What do mean by lowering the turbo? Do you mean install?
