Borla H-pipe leak: need help

Good afternoon,
So I did my Borla install a few weeks ago. Since then, everything has been pretty good, except one thing. I have a leak in my H-pipe at low RPMs. When the motor is revved, it seems to dissipate some. However, it never goes away completely.
I have double-checked my install and all the pipes are in the correct position. The H-pipe might be backwards, but I doubt it judging from the Borla instructions. Also, the pipes that connect to the cats might be reversed and upside down, but again I doubt it.
Furthermore, I have cranked down the torque of the H-pipe clamp to nearly 60 ft. lbs., but it has fixed nothing. I do not want to tighten it any further as it is just beginning to distort the pipe. How can I solve this issue? The sputtering leak is driving me nuts. I almost prevents me from hearing the real exhaust note. Should I take it to Midas and have them hit the pipe with a bead of welding? Please let me know if there are any other solutions.

Basically the pipes can only fit one way otherwise you couldn't have gotten it together. On my H pipe I took a clamp and really squeezed it together as it didn't seem to slip in deep enough then tightened the clamp. You might have the same problem. Also if you over tighten the clamps it will distort the pipes. If all else fails weld it.

I think that the cross in the H-pipe, where the leak is, is together all the way. I could tighten it further, but I am running out of room in the clamp and the pipe is certainly distorting. The outer flange is bending as I tighten it further.
peptidbond,
I installed the Borla on my Z and if you look very closely at all of the clamps there is ONE smaller clamp for the H pipe. I made this mistake and thought all of the clamps were the same size.
The H pipe is actually a little smaller diameter so it needs the smaller clamp. Find the smaller clamp and switch them. You should have no problem.
