whoa. I had to read it 3 time to make sense of it all.
Dude, check of of your connections, vacuum lines, and make sure your gaskets are aligned.
While the engine is running, spray carb cleaner around the intake manifold and if the idle rises, you know you have a leak. Be sure the engine is not too hot when you do this. also, did you check the MAF to make sure it was also clean/positioned correctly/hooked up?

YEA i been doing that with the carb cleaner!!!! i finish the spray today and didnt see the problem with the spray didnt rinse or anything...but when i start it up it make a wired noise idle high about 15000rpm in the began then claim down to normal to 1000rpm...but when i rev it up and let go of the gas it holds up there kinda for a sec or tow after lettiing go of the gas pedal if it makes since??i think its a leak with the upper intake manifold throttle body gasket???

Dude, seriously on the grammar.
Now on to the problem: it sounds definitely like a vacuum leak. If all hoses are good (check for cracks and cuts in old hoses), all plugs are plugged in, mass air is not damaged (you didn't try to clean it did you?)... then it must be a leaking gasket. I will tell you a secret trick for the old gaskets; go get a can of copper spray. Spray both sides of the gasket, let it sit up for 10-15mins getting tacky, then reinstall.
Remember, do all the easy and free stuff first.
