Default O2 sensors and test pipe question

I just installed my titek test pipes with the CEL fix and was wondering if it mattered which O2 sensor connected to which side. For example, I put the O2 sensor that was connected on the driver side cat on the passenger side test pipe and vice versa, however, although I connected them on the opposite sides, I did connect them to the corresponding harnest (driver O2 sensor with the driver side O2 harnest, etc.) I would have just switched them but I was really short on time and already have had tightened everything down. So yeah, does it really matter if they're on opposite sides as long as they're connected to the right harnest? Thanks!
