What do you guys think, for $250 I think its a good deal, but I don't know how much of a difference in HP and Torque its going to make if any at all, That's really my main concern. And of course if its damaged at all.

he claims that cost him more then a name brand full catback system? that looks like a 90-150$ magnaflow component, cheap muffler shop custom piping and custom chopped/welded tips from his stock exhaust. you could do this yourself with your stock set up for probably less, just order that magnaflow H connector and take it to a muffler shop and show them what you want done.
personally dont like the way it looks or sounds, and the piping isn't really any larger, its just dual rather then single. if gains are your only concern I think you are looking at the wrong setup.

^ First of all, thank you for your honest opinion.
Second, I don't really care much about the exhaust note as long as I'm getting decent power gains compared to a stock set up. Money is tight right now becase my hours got cut down from 35 per week, to 20 per week, and I just had to pay for my tuition and books. The $250 seemed like a good price but you know what they say, If it's too good to be true, then it probably is.

I just don't see the gains there. if you are looking for cheap and nothing but performance, I think the motordyne shockwave is the best bang for the buck. it's a straight pipe design and it's loud, but the gains are there.
keep your eyes peeled on the exhaust for sale section and find something that isn't custom fabricated IMO. or, if you really want the custom system, do it yourself, the cost will be the same (I can even link you to that magnaflow part he got)

Paid $750
Talk about some major B.S. The exhaust looks really crappy and sounds even worse. For a few bucks more you can get an HKS clone..Check out the CX-Lighting owners thread, here on the exhaust section. Sounds better than $750 exhaust, looks better, and performs
Just installed mine earlier this week and I'm impressed with this exhaust. Paid $480 shipped to my apt. Found that bad boy on e-bay

I had a similar "magnaflow custom exhaust system" built by another member here. It looked to be slightly more complete, at least had 2 resonators and 2 mufflers not just one dual in dual outlet muffler, but anyway, I regretted it, had to spend about $200 at an exhaust shop to get it to fit right on top of the $200 i spent on it, and it sounded ricey. I had exhaust-a-phobia for a long time after that, but finally ordered some Bassani for it today. I'd pass, and if you do pick it up, make sure you keep your stock exhaust in case you don't like it. I had that "custom" setup on for about a week before I jerked it off and went back to stock.
i have this set up on mine, but i dont have the resonators and my pipes are 2.5". im sure i got some power outta it since the stock muffler is removed and the pipes are pretty straight. but its not like i was screamin "wow" over a power increase. i do however love the sound of it.

BTW. You can get a Magnaflow resonated X pipe for pretty cheap though.
