Could pick some up from Napa, even Pep-Boys might have them.

But in Germany, not too sure.

Have someone buy them over here and ship them to you. That's the simplest answer I can give ya. But even that one can be complicated lol. I'd do it if ya tell me what you're looking for and cover costs of parts and shipping. (Assuming they would have no problem passing through Customs)

im looking for non fouler for test pipes to elliminate the CEL light.

It would be great, if you buy some and ship to germany
