Remove bolts, removed manifold, remove more bolts , remove lower plenum , install new plenum , install bolts.

If you need a DIY you should probably pay someone like me to install it.

If you have installed a plenum spacer or lower plenum, it's not too much different.

I did find a few gotchas with mine... The threaded holes for the pipe plugs and fittings weren't deep enough, so I had to chase them out with a tap.

Make sure you have a 10mm wrench with the ratchet stuff on the box end of the wrench... it's hard to tighten the nut at the back of the plenum otherwise.

This might not affect you guys, but I have a G35... when you cut the brake booster line to put in the check valve, there is a reducer inside the tubing that you can not see. If you cut in the center, you can't push the check valve in... fortunately, you can put a 1/4 socket extension in the tube and push the reducer further down inside... that way the check valve will push all the way in.

JB I been following your thread and you made a very impressive 312 hp to the wheels all motor. If I remember correctly I don't think it was with the Cosworth mod. I was wondering if you be kind enough to answer some questions.
Did you ever get a before and after dyno of your Cosworth Plenum?
What kind of response did your engine give you after the Cosworth?
And how was it different form your last set up(what was it?)

The Performance Factory closed down right after my build was completed, so I no longer have access to a DynoJet. I've made a few changes since then and will update my thread after the next dyno and tune.

I used to have a CrawfordZ upper plenum and a stock RevUp lower plenum. I've only had the Cosworth on for a few days, so no tune or dyno yet.
