Default Help-JWT Popcharger Stalling Problem

I've been searching around for an answer about this problem, but I couldn't find any solution. Someone said to take out the negative of the battery so that the air sensor can relearn the airflow, but that still didn't work. I still stall around 90+ mph after I put the gear in neutral, especially at 5th gear. Has anyone solve this problem yet?

its actually an easy fix, stop putting the car in neutral at 90, i see no reason why you would do this anyways, it doesn't save much gas if any and its generally unsafe.

^^I second that^^

Why would you put the car in neutral above 90mph anyway?? I can see maybe around 35/40 to roll to a stop sign, but 90?!

I've gone into neutral a few times from about 70-80mph and never stalled with my pop charger

Are you sure you MAF his hooked up properly? I've never been able to understand all of the problems with adding a Popcharger. The airflow may be different than stock, but it's not THAT drastic. Something tells me you have something that's not connected properly or you damaged the MAF.

Also try making sure your popcharger is on TIGHT. One day I stalled and didn't think anything of it. After the 3rd stall in about 10 minutes, I decided to pull over and pop the hood. I saw the filter completely off of the intake tube, just sitting there. I'm damn lucky nothing got sucked into the engine

Thank you for the info. I did double-checked my installation and made sure everything was tightly fit. Also, I don't put my car in neutral anymore after I learned that it was the reason why the car stalled. I just want to see if there is a way to solve the problem.

lol.

When and if you're putting the car in neutral from 70+ mph, before the needle comes back down to idle just give the car a little gas. This will stop the car from crashing all the way down (what the pop-charger is known for doing on some vehicles).

It has happened to me like 2 or 3 times as well. Getting off the freeway I will put it in neutral and just coast and it stalled a few times but like everyone said just give it a little blip of throttle before the needle gets to low.
