Default Nismo catback + ulitimate racing HFC's ?

Anyone with this combo? If so, do you have any rasp ? And is it holding good? Cause ive read that the hfc's or y-pipe crack often with the nismo catback. In particular with the kinetix and the berk's.

I would also be interested in the Nismo Catback and Berk HFC's, in particular with the 370Z.

I currently have the Nismo and looking into Berk.

I have Nismo and Berk hfc and they've been fine. I replaced my y-pipe w/ intensepower's y pipe though.

It will be fine as long as you don't use the Nismo y-pipe:

^Thanks guys, very good linky to other thread. Like you said "It will be fine as long as you don't use the Nismo y-pipe:" and go with JIC or intensepower's y-pipe.

I am wondering if the 370Z Nismo y-pipe has been improved.

Yo, On my nismo cat back ive got some kind of bracket welded on the y-pipe. I guess its only on the latests nismo's. Maybe this prevents the cracking?

I had taken a ride in a Z with a full nismo cat back and UR HFCs, and there was no rasp at all. He had the setup for a couple thousand miles and had no problems. It sounded real nice.

Guess it's too soon for any feedback on the 370Z Nismo pipe and HFC's as far as rasp and cracking.

Could it be that the new bracket on the 350Z Nismo cat back has solved the cracking y-pipe when running with HFC's?

.

One of sponsor sold nismo exhaust for 750 + shipping about half year ago, but now it is really hard to get it for that price ( their special is ended while ago..lol ) I don't know around 1k? i don't know, not many vendor sells nismo for special price. But you can try..

You best bet is look for used one..Used one sells around 500~600 with y-pipe.
