Default Weird Question but..regarding heat shields

I was wondering if there is anyway I can find heat shields that will go around an aftermarket dual intake system for my 08 Nismo. I havent had any issues with heat, since I have only put about 100 miles with the new intakes. They work great and sound even more awesome than stock. I was just wondering if anybody had any input as to where I can find, or if anyone has leftover heat shields, would you be interested in selling them? Also, do they bolt on to some part of the engine to become a barrier between the filters and the engine itself? Any input would be greatly appreciated. The intakes are Dual Fujitas, just to let everyone know. Thanks and have a great day! Edit: For clarification, I am looking for Heat shields that look like the ones from AEM and the Nismo ones, just to give a heads up!

I have the nismos, they bolt to the body of the car itselfi dont know how you would get just the heat shields themselves without buying the intakes. I guess you could fab up your own.

Yeah, I mean I have thought of that but I don't have the correct materials or the machinery to do that..yet alone the skill and patience I have looked everywhere for any type of aftermarket that will bolt on to the engine like the Nismos but with no luck.

i dont think heat shields don't really do much, you're still sucking in hot air

How hot? I mean sorry for sounding like a noob? But is it too hot? I know constant stopping and going isnt a good things but how hot is the air at operating temps if your just doing casual driving, with a few hard starts here and there? Thanks for all the input!
