Default JIC spartan TI failure

Well I bought a single non resonated JIC spartan TI from a member 3 months ago and 2 months ago it began to rattle. It is now producing a terrible rattle from the canister itself and a local shop identified it as the actual canister contents breaking up. (not sure how valid that is). Right now I'm kicking myself for not buying a greddy TI-C new considering I payed payed $750 used for this exhaust....

I'd like to get a replacement canister from JIC if thats even possible, or weld another can to the JIC mid pipe. My question is, is that even possible? can titanium hangers and the mid pipe be welded to a stainless canister? I'm very upset at the moment as the car is imo un-driveable due to the terrible rattle cause by the faulty can. this exhaust actually bolts the midpipe to the can so it makes things a little more frustrating. I'd prefer to replace it but I'm worried about 3 months+ to get the part. the car sounds terrible right now so I'm looking for a quick fix.

Sorry to hear

I'm kinda lost little bit, but anyway..weld another muffler to the JIC TI mid pipe isn't really good idea and shop has to know what they doing. ( If mid pipe was stainless, i don't see any problems )

I would start looking for new exhaust.

I could, it just pains me to do that after spending this much. Also when it doesn't rattle it sounds amazing.

I tried to buy that same exhaust, but you beat me to it. The price was great but sorry to hear it is turning out to be such a PIA.
