Are the DC Ceramic coated headers carb legal?

soo how come it only covers 03-04?? how about 05-06??

i just passed the visual and emissions with the dc sports NHS4201 (stainless)...i believe the NHC4201 (ceramic) have the same EO = D-370-12. so if you don't want to be hassled with smog, get the headers that are legal.

The 03-06 are legal in California. I have mine done today 1/8/17. Dennis at DC was very professional and helpful in assisting me getting my sticker.
