slightly OT, but this is EXACTLY how i would describe my nismo exhaust in low RPMs. Its the sound of air whooshing out, instead of any real audible exhaust growl. this really annoys me

but anyway, ive been looking for a used HKS. and i have berk HFC already so ill be pairing up the two. post up clips OP!

This is a old thread but posting a question here again so i don't have to open up a new one. I heard the hks will decrease low end torque, and I guess it does, cuz I can feel the difference. What can I do to get back the low end torque? High flow cats? I have been thinking of increasing my hp, and I feel very limited. All that hr owners can do are: exhaust, cat replacement, headers, intake to increase horsepower. And even with all those mods, I can except to gain maybe 30 hp at the most. haha

So I have lost nothing with the hks, only an increase in torque above 4.5k?

If thats true, then its probably my mind playing tricks on me. I swear I can't feel the car go "fast". Im driving on the freeway and I look at my speedometer and Im going 90 already; it doesnt even feel like im going that fast.

probably because it is hecka quiet , but so fkin sexy sound after 4rpms ,my Injen CAIs arriving on monday or tuesday ,will install it nex week with berk hfc , and hope it will get lil bit louder , because now at normal driving it is quiet as %#$& , espesialy when cold(good thing for california owners tho) ,but i love it ,everything about it ,sound ,look, performance

HKS HI POWER FTW!!!!!
