I would like to know if the oem nismo headers are the same as the aftermarket nismo headers at 1200$? Is it possible to install the 08 nismo header on a 05 z??? Will it bolt on....

Since there is no performance difference between a 2007/2008 Z and a Nismo edition Z, the aftermarket Nismo header is going to be the better of the two. But A 2007-2008 Z and Nismo Z has the HR motor, you have a DE motor. So i'd imagine any header for the HR motor would be "tuned" differently the it would be if it was made to use on your your motor. So you'd need the Nismo headers ment for a 2003-2005 non rev-up Z.

Remember the Nismo edition Z is just a normal Z with handling and cosmetic upgrades. The engine and drivetrain in it are exactly the same as a 2007/2008 Z.

 

Don’t think so. The OEM exhaust manifold for the 350Z is a good looking exhaust. But it is not the same as the NISMO header for the DE motor.
