Default Cleaning new used Borla exhaust

Hey I picked up a new to me used borla true dual exhaust and its dirty from the original owner... would it be wise to bring it to the car wash and power wash the inside/outside of the system?

If you really want to do this, take some soap and water to the outside. Dry, then follow up with some metal polish. I personally use Blue Magic.

im gona polish the outside of the tips but the rest i dont really care about... its going under the car. I just noticed there was a lot of black **** inside the pipes but i guess it won't make any difference and I'm glad I asked bc it would suck to screw it up.

+1 your best bet.

Once you keep wash with soap and water, dirty black spot will come off. (But not gonna be like brand new brother). After that polish around the tips.
