yeah I doubt i pass the db test lol. But I also have open dump wastegates... I have no cats and I used magnaflow race mufflers and then put a (i hate to use this term) glasspack inline to take out some of the rasp. It is still really loud and it does tend to drone on the highway a lil. But heck, thats the way it goes. I dont tend to build my cars around comfort.

And yes getting the pipe around the differential was a pita. Got it done though. no rattles and no contact with any part of the car.

My friend Lance, hes a friggin master at cutting mandrels to the right shape

I used the stock tips. I plan on doing something a little different when I can find a tip I like or a muffler/tip combo that I can get to fit. The biggest pita of all I think was getting them to sit in the same spot in relationship to the bumper cutouts..

You guys let me know if you have any drawings, I will draw you one up in solidworks for the hell of it. I have been looking for an HKS style setup with an X-pipe instead of H-Pipe.

This is the kit I bought when I built my turbo kit:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Exhau...Q5fAccessories

Worked out great, and it's very cheap. 409 stainless is best for exhaust, this is beacause it is softer than 304 and allows for better expantion/contraction during heat cycles. This prevents weld from cracking as there is no strain on them.

If you can tig, this is the way to go. They also sell straight tubing, you will need some fi you are doing a full exhaust.

Im not knockin your products they look really nice. But I would say thats more than a few more bucks.

I did not spend an awful lot to build my exhaust. i think around 200 for mufflers and 80 for flex joints. Im not sure how much I spent on the pipe because I had a lot of it leftover from other projects. I recycled my tips from the stock exhaust. All the labor was free because we built it ourselves. And a little money on BBQ paint.

granted it is not as aesthetically appealing as your product but for the DIY'ers its a relatively inexpensive 3" dual turbo-back exhaust. But it is pretty damn loud. I dont imagine everyone can get away with having no cats and that high a db level. But my actual exhaust doesnt seem that loud when my open dump wastegates crack open

like I mentioned though ARK, you have a very nice product there.

LOL. If you google made in china . com then search for 350z you can get the x02 straight from china by requesting a demo model and telling them your a business. When that exhaust came out it was 250$ on ebay. LAUGH.

I can guarantee you that ours are not made in CHINA. We are a Korean Manufacturer and quality control is a lot better. Everything from the welding, material, and even the boxes can tell you exactly where it was made.

I was gonna make a build thread, but I guess Ill post here. I recently learned how to weld so I decided to make my car the first full build victim. **** is a lot of work lol.

I kinda realised with this build why the TDX isn't out yet for the Z.

I used a Manga Y pipe and muffler.

I had to remove the black undercar W brace, but i plan on fabbing up my own GTspec type bracers. Im a DIY *****.

Im going to paint the piping black also.

I used chrome 3A racing tips. I'm going to add 2 resonators tho because the car is stupid loud. Ill make a vid before and after I add the resonators.

Total cost of the piping tips flex muffler and Y pipe was around 275. With like 10 hours of labor or so.

Its 2 2.5" pipes from the TP's to the Y. They merge to 3 inches. Then come out the muffler as 2.5" for like 2 inches then branch out to 2 3 inch pipes to the 4" tips. Idle is rumbly and not very loud at all. But when you stomp on it its Super Raped Ape loud. I'm going to have to quiet it down. In the cabin noise is very loud too since the muffler is under you.

I give props to all who does their own custom work. Alot of hard work which a lot of measuring to be done. And I also love the idea that the exhaust is 1 of 1.

I think you lie about it not being made in china, by Ningbo Smart Industrial Co., Ltd. By the way how you say it's different. Its not, the manufactures over there will change it if you buy enough haha. Funny the only difference is like 1 extra pipe.

350z knockoff exhaust

Subaru wrx - Looks nearly the same as the one on your site. I highly doubt your products are korean domestic market. Korea is a stone throw from china. You rebox them in korean boxes then. Take pictures of you with a sign with your name on it ( And a newspaper ) in your manufacturing facility. Unless you do that all your crap is made in china.

If anyone wants one of these for cheap. Sign up online on that site. Email the company and request a demo model. Tell them you want to be a dealer of thier product. It would take like a month for you to get it but it will probably only cost you like 100$ for it. haha.
