Default Apexi exhaust control valve

Hi guys

here is my situation... On my Z I have the Tananbe concept G exhaust and the sound with the OEM cat the sound is awesome and not too loud. Recently I bought berk hfc. Now my car sounds bad and really too loud (police) So I decided to uninstal the berk HFC.

Now I am asking if installing a Apexi exhaust control vavle right after the y pipe and my berk hfc could be a good solution to get the performance when it's time to without the sound when I just ride my car in town???
Does installing the Apexi ECV and closing the valve a bit will give me the sound of my Concept G with OEM cats (eliminate the raspy sound of berk hfc)???
Does the ecv is full open or full close or it is fully adjustable???
If some of you know this product please help me???

thanks

If you didn't like how it sounded with the high flow cats and the exhaust, then fitting it premuffler is going to make the car even louder than it was before. Assuming you want to keep your current exhaust, you'll need to either learn to live with things being louder, or learn to live without those specific cats
