Motordyne's new v2 shockwave should be done soon and it looks close to the HKS. I sold my HKS exhaust because it did not sound that great to me. When the car was cold, it did sound like a Cessna getting ready to take off. It was more of a airy higher pitch sound while the shockwave is more deep, loud, and aggressive. The V2 version will have no drone either, waiting on that myself now. One thing to consider also is that the HKS is known for rasp with test pipes even resonated ones.

Sure. That's about the same time they will be ready. Maybe a little sooner.

The V2 Shockwave just has a different axle back to eliminate drone. The TDX is TD. The Shockwave and HKS are priced very similar, within 100 bucks if bought new.

i have the GTM res test pipes and i love them. no cel. i like the sound. as for the exhaust i have a greddy evo tt, which is a true dual. it has a deep tone. no drone, not that i hear anyway so if you go with true dual, it will sound good. i'm not really a fan of single, or the motordyne or hks. but good luck to whatever you go with.

Thanks so much for chiming in!!!! How long have you had the test pipes? How long has it been with no CEL? For all followers, I was looking around came across the ARK grip exhaust. Um..for the price of that, I think I am definitely gonna do that and save almost 500 bucks, and I am going to get the UPREV tune at Function:Tuned. The exhaust is identical?? And includes an x pipe, and is still 304 stainless steel. I mean, I dont mean to be brand *****, but for that price , ****, I am going to be on that like white on rice, and put my money for a tune to wrap things up!

i dont believe or standby ARK bc they took a already cloned already cloned again and cloned it and added a x pipe and diff tips and charged 6 or 700 more. nahhhh ill pass. I think u will b better off making a custom exhaust. Id pass on Motordyne 2. Look into AAMs 2.5" TD exhaust http://www.alteredatmosphere.com/mm5..._Code=350Z_EXH

Edit- that sound clip sounds sh1tty lol bc i guess the cats. Iv heard one local with HFCs and it sounds good
