Help with this plenum

I saw the following plenum for sale. Seller states is a Crawford plenum. Is this the real item:

I found a thread from 2003 of something looking like this. It looks so ghetto....hope someone with the knowledge helps... BTW, seller is asking 200 bucks for it..

That is one of their earlier versions. They do have a cast plenum that looks much better. I believe performance will be about the same, similar to a 1/2" spacer.
