As far as the 'placebo' affect goes...it's for real. The tires are lighting up at looow rpm. The throttle response is insane. I am noticing my dte drops faster at higher speeds and increases at lower speeds. Opposite of before. The motor is much louder now...even my fiance noticed a difference. Maybe I just had a bad set-up. Glad its better now. Thinking of installing a Borla exhaust for that 'sounds faster' effect. Is there a real gain or is it another 'placebo'?

You've heard of Kinetix...do you know if they are connected to, or have you ever heard of Wolf technologies? I have a sticker of theirs under my hood and am wondering what they do.

It may have been on it's way out for a while (I.E. small crack somewhere not noticeable causing leakage). I had their V+ plenum (The "tougher" more displacement version) for a year and could tell a pretty considerable difference over stock. Pretty much everything you described as noticing when you went back to stock, is what i noticed when i installed the V+ plenum.

No link. JWT (wolf) makes the poop charger, clutches, exhaust stuff, etc. They aren't linked with Kinetix afaik.
