Question Nismo intake Vs Injen Intake

what are the boards opinions on the two of these intakes? which makes better power? tia for ur help.....joe

Injen makes better power, but i dont like it because it doesnt have the little device that comes with it that stops water from getting up inside it preventing waterlock. Just to let you know, the AEM and Nismo intakes are exactly same. Well, except for the fact that the nismo one is $100 more.

For some reason the nismo intake sounds much better imo than the aem or injen.. and I own an injen.. just goes to show

I would save the money. Not one is dyno proven and both can cause problems along with losing your stock air filters ability to pressurise air at speed.

I concur, if you want to make your car sound cool then throw your money at it. No "cold air" after market product has been proven to make more power than stock. Some have lost power.
