Default Whatever Happened to the 40hp Motordyne Mod?

I remember reading a few years ago that Motordyne had a mod (I do not know if it was engine or exhaust related) that would yield an instant 40hp gain. As I recall, Hydrazine was not taking it to market yet because they we waiting on patent process.

Anybody remember this (am I going crazy)?

Any status update?

A logical explanation would be more useful.

I'm sorry, man, but here goes:

Search>Advanced search>Search by user name:Hydrazine>search all threads started by user

You know Tony's ID, Hydrazine, so looks for threads, or even posts by him, and you can look through EVERY one of his posts.

This is a complete lack of understanding as to how the website works, not to mention, common sense.

or we could just say what the mod was. I mean I understand the point of the search function but why waste 2 or 3 posts clowning on the guy instead of just explaining what he wanted.

Sometimes I think people here just like to pick on people vs help.

Last time I checked Tony was actually still working on getting it patented (a long enduring process that takes years). It should be worth the wait.

Common sense? Did you know that Tony has only started 28 threads according to the search function you mention? None of those mention the topic. Did you also know that searching for posts by Tony gives 1000 results, meaning that the site caps the search at 1000.

Do you really expect someone to read through 1000 posts doing the search you described? Seems to me 3hree5ive0ero did the OP, and the board, a much better service by simply answering the question instead of getting all pissy on the OP.

Yes, I did make a post about it and it has been developed to much greater capability since then, ...but that particular item won't be marketed publicly any time soon.
That one is going direct to the automotive manufacturers.

There are plenty of other different and new items that are in cue for being released. 350Z, 370Z and others.
It takes time though. Patents, patent supplementals, logistics and manufacturing issues take time to work through.

Lots of fun and new technology that currently isn't in the market: so we will have completely new power mods to explore and experiment with.

Tony, if I drove all the way to your shop and gave you a high five, would you let me have this super secret squirrel mod? Either way, congrats on the breakthrough development. For all the top-notch, quality products you put out, I hope this pays off in a huge way.

It has to be the RBC manifold. The other manifolds only put out like 25-30 HP.

I wasn't going to search for OP myself and I've never heard of such a project, but it is certainly engaging with all the buzz. Good luck to Tony and making big bucks and big smiles for the Z crew.
