Kinetix or Ichiba resonated test pipes nismo combo
Is anyone running Kinetix or Ichiba resonated test pipes with a Nismo cat back and nismo y pipe? Test pipes and Nismo is notorious for producing rasp so I was looking at hfc. However I'm also looking at resonated test pipes which is much cheaper and can, if right have no rasp and give a similar sound to metallic hfc as long as they are resonated. I'm also aware of the cracking issue some hfc have with a Nismo Y. Is anyone running Kinetix resonated tp or Ichiba resonated tp or any other brand where you get minimal to no rasp? How many miles have you covered on them and how's your Nismo y pipe holding out? I've done a search but can't find any info relating to Kinetix or Ichiba resonated tp with Nismo combo. Thanks for any help.
i have the strup headers and kinetix hfc with megan racing y pipe, i would go hfc but thats my opinion. i had turbo xs test pipes and it got pretty loud after wearing them in now i have the kinetix hfc and sound alot better unless you just was a loud z.
the brands your have choosen will do the job.
but i would reccommend Fast intentions HFC's or Res Test pipes.
I have the fast intentions resonated testpipes paired up with the full nismo exhaust.
sounds good! little rasp? not sure. you decide.
