Default HKS hi power install question

Couldn't find anything after searching for a while, but if there is already a thread for my question if somebody could point me in the right direction that would be great. I'm looking for the torque specifications for all the flange bolts. Is it basically the same as the oem exhaust specs? I'm pretty sure I could find the oem torque specs if they're the same. Any help would be much appreciated.

Its just bolts, you don't need torque specs. Just buy some locking bolts/nuts/washers and make sure its secure. Don't really need torque specs.

No torque specs needed.

Just hand tighten all bolts with socket wrench.

^ What they said.

And if you always want to double check, it could have something about it in the manual. I don't think so though.

ok cool. I just don't want to damage any of the flange gaskets by over tightening. I didn't think the factory service manual would have torque specs for the exhaust either. The HKS instructions seem to think the manual has the specs but I'm sure I could find them online to double check. Doesn't sound like it's too big of a deal though so probably just some common sense will do the trick.

You are correct, your 350z manual will not have the torque specs for an HKS exhaust. Like the others posted....you don't even need torque specs. Only requires hand-tightening. Don't waste your time looking it up online...
