custom exhaust fab question
hey all,
i have a muffler with a 3" inlet on one side and the 2x 2.5" outlets on the other side. I want to put the muffler running parallel with the back bumper. So basically, i'll have my 3" piping running to the left of the muffler as the inlet. and then i'll have the first 2.5" exit (which is closes to the bumper) exit as one tip, which requires only 1 90degree bend. And then the 2.5 exit towards the front of the car would require a 180degree bend to wrap it around the muffler, and then another 90 to make it to the tip opening. i know this isn't ideal setup, but can it really be that bad, and take away from power significantly. all the pipes are mandrel bent, so no crimping or loss there.

well i'm going to do it hahaha. just wanted to know if its destructive for air flow. I can't picture it being a big difference considering its just the piping for the tips! anyway, i'll have it done in about 2 weeks. just waiting on a couple more mandrel bends to come in and some free time on the weekend.
